**Your “must haves”**:

- At least 1 year of experience in an **admin management/ team leadership **role
- You have a **dynamic personality** and are able to motivate and work collaboratively with a young energetic team
- You have excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- You can maintain clear communication with the Practice Manager and Practice Director ensuring all updates or roadblocks are being communicated promptly.
- You can build and foster a culture of **high-performance**, maintaining an **upbeat team culture** and foster positive and cohesive relationships across the team
- You have exceptional people skills and an ability to empathise with clients and uphold confidentiality at all times
- You have excellent conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- You demonstrate exceptional professionalism when it comes to personal grooming, maintaining cleanliness and OH&S standards at the practice

**Some of your valuable tasks will include**:

- **Provide administration support ** through maintaining the day-to-day
- Take the lead in ensuring our clinic is always stocked and ready, **managing inventory and supplies** with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to **streamline financial operations**, playing a key role in managing outstanding accounts and keeping our clinic running smoothly
- Assist in **marketing activities** through multiple avenues (including social media)
- Identifying opportunities to enhance our client experience and team culture
- Being a loved and valued member of the Complete Care team

**Salary & Hours**
Salary is based on the Health Professional and Support Services Award (Support Services) and will reflect your experience in similar roles.
Hours will be 22-25 hours per week and are negotiable with the right applicant.
