A safe, high-performing, and supportive environment to enable each employee to succeed in their job role. As a valued team member, you will be specifically trained and supported to perform duties within our blast crew, as a bench assistant, and eventually operate an MMU (Mobile Manufacturing Unit). An MMU is a highly advanced, heavy-rigid vehicle fitted with the latest technologies and onboard computer systems. It is used to pump explosive products into pre-drilled blast holes on our customer sites.This is an incredible opportunity to kick

- Demonstrating and setting the example of our key company value: “Safety is our Priority, always” at all times acting with integrity and respect.
- Operating blasting plant and machinery and assisting with preventative maintenance.
- Working in the field with your teammates to assist with the 'hands-on' delivery of explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes at quarry sites.
- Working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
- Providing excellence in service to our valued customers.
- Daily administration and customer interactions when required.

**What you will bring**
- A current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s license is preferable.
- Demonstrated previous experience working outdoors in all weather conditions in a physically demanding environment.
- The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening. A motivated self
- er, positive, team-based attitude where you look out for your mates.
- A basic mechanical comprehension would be highly regarded.
