**Your opportunity**:
As a State Visual Merchandiser, you will support the National Visual Merchandising Manager in the implementation of creative direction strategy for Boutiques within the NSW region, maintaining Scanlan Theodore visual merchandising standards and driving the visual aesthetic of the brand.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the National VM Manager to implement VM creative direction strategy within NSW Boutiques, ensuring an exceptional customer and brand experience for all stores
- Implement, maintain and drive VM standards in Boutiques, ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
- Plan and implement campaign launches with Boutiques.
- Provide Visual Merchandising assistance and guidance to Boutique teams during store visits.
- Train Boutique teams and Visual Merchandising Ambassadors within the region on seasonal VM Principles and Standards.
- Measure Visual Merchandising results against sales trends during new merchandising campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with State Managers, providing direction and feedback to ensure Boutiques look on brand and in line with seasonal styling and meeting the commerce strategy of the business.
- A Visual Merchandising diploma is desirable
- 3+ years previous experience in a visual merchandising role within the retail industry.
- Significant demonstrated experience in merchandising, styling, window dressings.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work flexibly to meet competing demands.
- Experience in training and developing new staff members in VM standards to achieve results
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.
