**About us**:
We're a Mortgage Brokerage. But not your average mortgage broking firm

For the past 2 years we've been one of the largest generators of refi and new-loan leads for banks and large mortgage broking firms.

**Thats where you come in**

We're looking for someone who will be filling the valuable role of ‘first contact’ for the website enquiries that are coming in. That's correct: You're calling in-bound leads. NO COLD CALLING. EVER.

Our Appointment setters are a crucial part of our company’s sales channel.
We're specialists at generating digital leads and enquiries and need someone who can: reiterate our products and proposition, extract the relevant qualification information and book an appointment for the client to speak with our mortgage brokers.

You will be learning the Mortgage Broking process from the ground up, with the ability to study and progress in the industry if you choose.
If you choose, we will also pay for you to complete your Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and you can study and complete it in work hours.

**Your day-to-day role**:

- Generating qualified appointments for our mortgage brokers via inbound customer inquiries.
- Via a phone call; Identifying and qualifying customers to refinance their existing loans and obtaining financing for new purchases.
- Motivating and educating clients on our value proposition and identifying the benefits for them to move forward.
- Leverage your relationship building & sales skills to build brand trust.
- Adhere to compliance best practice at all times. (we will provide great training).
- Regularly contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and take responsibility for your KPI’s.

**Day to day**:
Make no mistake, this is a phone-based tele-sales role

If any part of you is fearful or anxious about speaking to people on the phone, this is not the job for you. You should be driven and excited by the idea of turning a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’

**Must have**:

- Tele-sales experience (or prove you have what it takes on the phone)
- Proven track record of meeting sales KPI's
- Ability to turn a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’.
- Ability to build relationship and trust over the phone
- Articulation and be well spoken, able to connect with a wide variety of people.

If you have telesales and cold calling experience, you will crush this role.

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
