Our client is an independent agency with a global footprint. High profile FMCG brands across alcohol and grocery. Creatively led agency with a down to earth and inclusive culture and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager /Account Director to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Creative Director, the main responsibilities include the following:

- Write detailed proposals in response to client briefs covering all stages of the process together with accurate costs
- Build clear, focused and inspiring creative briefs and assist and contribute to the strategic development of projects from a brand design perspective
- Manage all your client accounts and projects
- Lead meetings, client or internal where appropriate
- Work with the design team to ensure that the highest quality work is produced and sold into the client team persuasively and rationally
- Work with the Client Services Director, to ensure that forecasting and invoicing is accurate and up-to-date
- Follow up post-projects to track client satisfaction and analyse success

YOU:

- You will need to be able to lead projects and manage internal resources to achieve the desired goal for your clients
- You will need to be able to guide the creative work in line with the studio brief and manage all budgets effectively
- The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and your colleagues is essential
- Must have a 'can-do' attitude
