Disability Support Worker

Community / in home support
- Monday & Friday 20 hours per week
- Ocean Grove & Drysdale.

Are you looking for rewarding work that offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to people living with a disability?

You'll be visiting two of our clients in their home and assisting them to reach their goals. Duties and responsibilities can include domestic assistance, companionship, community access, attending the gym and personal assistance. Our clients are located in Ocean Grove & Drysdale.

Due to the personal nature of these tasks the client has a strong female preference.

20 hours per week, ongoing:
Monday: 0900 - 1400 & 1430 to 1730

Wednesday: 0900 to 1200 (Flexible)

Thursday: 0900 to 1200 (Flexible)

Friday: 0900 - 1400

This position requires an Australian drivers licence, and a reliable car to support the client with community access.

**Experience**
- Minimum 6 months recent Healthcare experience in Australia or reciprocal country
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
- First Aid (completed within the last 3 years)
- Two professional references who can confirm your health care experience
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- COVID Vaccination Dose 1, 2 and booster
