**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- IT SUPPORT_
- Manage Level 3 IT Helpdesk requests, to ensure timely and efficient technical support to the businesses’ end users.
- Escalations of issues to external software vendors as required, whilst maintaining ownership of assigned incidents and service requests.
- Replace or organise the repair of defective IT equipment. s
- Provisioning and building of appropriate IT equipment for new users (Services and Office Support staff) to ensure they have the relevant tools to complete their job tasks.
- Set up appropriate system access user accounts to relevant software and SAAS platforms for all users (Services and Office Support staff).
- IT ADMINISTRATION_
- Maintaining user accounts ensuring they have appropriate security access controls.
- Documentation of IT processes and procedures and keeping them up to date.
- Administration of the 3rd party SAAS platform consoles such as the company VOIP system
- Maintain IT Knowledge Base Articles for the IT function.
- Procurement of IT Equipment and software in line with budgets.
- Ensure that all company IT Assets (IT equipment and Telco services) are recorded and updated frequently in the appropriate registers.
- Managing IT Equipment life cycle to ensure that the fleet is refreshed at appropriate intervals.
- Maintenance of the Microsoft O365 tenant, Azure Active Directory, and other Microsoft Administration consoles to ensure that license count is in line with active employee user count. Also, ensure that only appropriate users have access for security purposes.
- Management of key SAAS platform consoles to ensure that license count is in line with active employee user count. Ensure that only appropriate users have access for security purposes.
- Management of third-party vendors such as, Managed IT Services provider and Telcos, to ensure that they are adhering to their deliverables and SLAs.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT Support and Administration.
- OTHER_
- Coordinate and participate in projects for the delivery of IT solutions to meet business objectives.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by the Head of IT.
- ESSENTIAL_
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT Support, IT project, or IT Operations & Infrastructure role
- Minimum degree qualification in IT-related studies
- Extensive knowledge of commercial IT products including Azure cloud services, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, administration of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Networking knowledge including LAN / WAN hardware and services (switches, routers firewalls, Wi-Fi and security products)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to adapt to new tasks, technologies, processes and procedures
- Keen “eye for detail”
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder (Internal and External) management skills

**_DESIRABLE_**
- Training and certification in Microsoft will be highly regarded.
- ITIL certification

**_OTHER REQUIREMENTS_**
- Current Working with Children (WWC) Check
