Our Mobile App and Staff Portal awaits Manage your own member profile and update your qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and pay slips at your convenience. *What is the opportunity?* As a Personal Care Worker (PCW) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

- Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
- Providing personal care assistance with daily living
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Building relationships with our residents and visitors
- Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required

- We offer a rate above awards with a base pay range of *$37.70 to $39.00 *per hour plus penalty rates _(afternoon, night, weekends, and public holidays)_, superannuation, and employee benefits.

- Certificate III in Aged Care or any equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- COVID-19 vaccinations with Booster
- Current Flu Shot
- Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience - preferred.
- Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert, VEVO etc.)
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates Experience:

- aged care facility: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
