**About The Role**

As the Head of Product (Racing), you will manage Sportsbet’s Racing Product Portfolio to ensure Sportsbet's underlying customer platforms and the experience of joining and using the Sportsbet platforms is best in class. This involves leadership of Product Managers and a broad Product Portfolio.

Reporting into the GM of Product, you’ll provide overall direction of the Product strategy for your portfolio, driving alignment across Product and driving commercial performance. You will also promote Product leadership across the business through senior stakeholder engagement.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Drive portfolio thought leadership through expert understanding of category landscape, including consumer needs, portfolio strengths and weaknesses, competitor positioning, regulatory constraints and technology opportunities.
- Define Product portfolio strategy, aligned to Sportsbet and group strategy.
- Establish quarterly focus areas with supporting roadmap to deliver portfolio strategy.
- Identify and validate new product related opportunities, working closely with Product development and technology delivery function to execute.
- Track, measure and be accountable for achieving Product KPIs per agreed annual budget (New Customers, Bets, Turnover, Gross Win and TPV)
- Proactively analyse and report on business performance and product issues
- Work with customer facing and commercial teams to identify optimisation opportunities and improve product performance
- Monitor competitor and market activity and continuously assess strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for the portfolio

**Key requirements**:

- Experience in fast paced/high change and/or growth organisation
- 5 - 7 years in consumer facing online business including 5+ in product management
- Experience operating in and leading cross functional teams incl. product management, marketing, customer acquisitions and retention and finance.
- Demonstrable project management experience - ability to lead multiple time sensitive projects.
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
