Disability Support Worker Females Preffered

West Melbourne, Australia Vital Home Care & Disability Services Full time

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team at VHC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including in-home and community.

You will be working closely with clients and their families to provide personal care, complete household tasks, and facilitate leisure activities, ensuring that each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

To be considered for this role, it is required that you have a minimum of six months of experience in the field, as well as a Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care.

shifts we have are from 2 hours to 6 hours

Additional required qualifications, NDIS screening check (mandatory), manual handling certificate, and Working with Children check. You must also hold a First Aid and CPR Certificate, have completed the NDIS Orientation Module and infection control certificate. A valid Victorian driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are also required.

**Education**:

- Certificate 3 or 4 in disability or Age care (preferred)

Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 per hour
