**YOUR ROLE**

As a Lead in our Employee Relations team, you will oversee a team of ER Specialists and Advisors, providing trusted and compliant advice to employees and managers across Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include leading and implementing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with legislative obligations, collective agreements, employment contracts and policies.

Additionally, you will develop the team’s capability and competence, identifying development opportunities in partnership with the ER Manager. In this role, you will provide coaching and support to people leaders on complex employee relations matters, while driving a consistent people experience to enable our employees to perform at their best in a workplace that is both safe and inclusive.

This is a 6-month max-term opportunity based in **Sydney.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive ER practitioner experience working in a commercial organisation of significant complexity, preferably across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven experience in project and change management.
- Strategically minded with the ability to anticipate issues and take an active approach resolving them.
- Courage and ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and upskilling leaders and HR practitioners
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Employee Relations & Employment Law
