Codification Analyst

**Your new opportunity**

Joining our highly successful Defence Team, you'll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure codification of equipment & parts within the Defence system is done efficiently and without error as well as assist the inventory team with daily tasks.

**Duties and responsibilities include**
- Create and manage codification requests
- Maintaining data within the Defence Inventory Management System (MILIS) and other internal databases
- Data audits to identify obsolescence and identify parts that aren't yet coded.
- Assistance with administration and projects as required

**About you**
- Practical experience in inventory administration and database systems
- Previous experience using ADF logistics system MILIS
- Experience in military Codification or Logistics Assessor experience ideal
- Mid level experience with Microsoft office products, Excel especially
- Comfort in working as part of a team or autonomously
- Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work with stakeholders of all levels
- An Australian citizen in order to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance
