**Safety Advisor**

Design & Build are working on behalf of one of Queensland's leading construction companies to find a Safety Advisor to work on a singular project on the South Side of Brisbane.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a long-term contract role that can start immediately. You will be paid a top hourly/daily pay rate dependent on your experience.

**The Role**
This is a singular site-based role, working on a live project on the Southside of Brisbane. You will be liaising with the Project Manager, Site Leadership, various subcontractors, and reporting directly into the company Safety Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Incident management
- Site inductions (plant/personnel/equipment)
- SWMS management with subcontractors and employees
- Internal site auditing
- Toolbox meetings and training with employees and subcontractors
- EHS reviews
- Site walks / inspections
- Accurate EHS reporting
- Establishment and maintenance of risk registers
- Use of Hammertech to report and induct & Procore

**The Person**
- 2+ years' Safety Advisory experience
- Experience working on industrial/commercial build sites $10m+ in value
- Cert IV in WHS
- High level of verbal & written communication
- Ability and willingness to start immediately
- Ability and willingness to work a long term contract
