**The Role**:
The swimming teacher plays a significant role in the successful running of the Swim School program offered at the George Bolton Swimming Centre. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading groups of swim school students in well organised and safe activities
- Increasing water safety knowledge and swimming skills/abilities
- Providing a varied range of instructions and drills appropriate to all levels of proficiency
- Maintaining a high level of customer service to students and families
- This role may require you to assist with first aid or be involved in supporting the team with emergency response procedures at the Centre

**Required Qualifications**:

- **DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- ** Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Licence****:

- **First Aid Certificate**:

- **CPR Certificate****:

- **Child Safe Environments Training**

Our client, the City of Burnside, is seeking multiple outdoor staff to work across the upcoming summer season (October 2023 - April 2024) at their Beautiful outdoor pool in Hazelwood Park; The George Bolton Swimming Centre.
