Cleaners required for residential building development in Hamilton Qld, commencing immediately.

You will be working alongside our Resident Manager assisting with cleaning duties of common areas including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, refuse management, high pressure cleaning, polishing etc.

Refuse management requires manual handling and lifting of equipment along with use of a motorised buggy so a current Qld Driver's license or equivalent is mandatory.

We are looking for 2 cleaners to job share hours totalling 38 hours per week. This is a permanent part time position of 18-24 hours per week mainly Monday to Friday and 3 hours on a Saturday morning.

The successful applicants will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and a strong appreciation of workplace safety.

Applicants must be prepared to undergo a Queensland Police Check.
