**The Role**
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced and self-motivated **Team Coordinator to join our Distribution team based on our site in Old Toongabbie in a full-time permanent position. **In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the total distribution operation / Warehouse & Ward Delivery Service and in particular handling the day to day enquiries from both internal and external sources and customers.
**Hours**:
Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00 pm with opportunity for overtime work
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all phone related queries made on the distribution centre in order to satisfy the request of customer and internal suppliers
- Problem solve and analyse stock related queries and correct any inventory non-conformance or customer discrepancies to ensure solutions are met
- Liaise with inventory specialists as needed
- Expediate and locate receipts and orders that require immediate processing and dispatch so issues can be resolved
- Be aware of daily activities within the distribution teams and provide support as needed to overcome labour shortages
- Compliance with the manufacture, storage and distribution of registered medical products to ensure the adherence to GWP.
- Maintain established storage and transportation solutions so product meets all GWP and local regulatory requirements
- Assist in the maintenance of KPI’s suitable for establishing trends within a process and implement solutions to support continuous improvement
**Essential Skills, Qualifications & Competencies**:
- Intermediate computer skills
- ** JDE / DC Link will be highly regarded**
- Forklift with Reach Truck experience is preferred
- Certificate III Transport & Distribution
- Previous experience in handling Dangerous Goods Storage
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Ability to solve problems and work in a high-pressure environment
- Responsible attitude to work demonstrated by good work attendance, punctuality and reliability
