Preschool Teacher

**Kensington Castle Early Education Centre (KCEEC) is looking for a qualified ECT or Diploma for our preschool room.**

An exciting Leadership opportunity has arisen at our centre based on Kensington (2033) within the preschool room.

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood professional with the skills and experience to successfully assume a role in our preschool room.

You will collaborate with passionate educators who have exceptional relationships with children, families and the local community.

This centre has an established place in the community and a fantastic reputation locally.

In 2025, you will take on the role of working with our 4-5 year olds, up to 18 children, and another educator.

As a senior person in the room, you will mentor and guide your colleagues and collaborate with the leadership team.
- You will prepare and deliver age-appropriate activities for children with safety and child protection in mind.
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
- You will document children's learning using Kinderm8.
- Your role will enable you to act as a mentor to guide and inspire the team, share ideas for best practice and lead critical reflection

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $65,042.38 - $75,000.00 per year

- Rotating roster
