Boba Machine

**Locations**:Multiple locations available within Inner City Region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various Boba Machine locations as per the assigned schedule.
- Refill bubble tea ingredients including tea, milk, flavor syrups, water, and other toppings in the vending machines.
- Conduct basic maintenance and cleanliness checks on the machines to ensure optimal functioning.
- Record inventory levels and report the need for restocking.
- Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the technical support team promptly.
- Ensure the vending area is clean and presentable.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and machine performance.
- Interact with customers as needed, providing excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 25kg.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Previous experience in a refilling, stocking, or similar role is preferred.
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Friendly and customer-oriented.

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
