**About the Role**

As a receptionist, you will be the front of house ambassador for **Mercedes Benz North Shore**, motivated and enthusiastic. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner and directing them appropriately
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensure the customer beverage lounge is stocked, clean and presentable
- General administration support duties
- Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment
- Must have full work rights in Australia
- Be punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word and Excel)
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
- Be well presented and in a professional manner consistent with the Mercedes Benz brand
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
