**About the Role**
Arch Recruitment has multiple opportunities for experienced and dedicated **OOHC Workers** across the **Perth Metro region**.

Your primary responsibilities will be to **support children and young adults in the OOHC program**, including foster care clients, foster carers and birth families. You will provide direct care, which includes household duties, administrative tasks and building relationships.

Arch Recruitment's OOHC program offers children and young adults living in residential care a safe, **flexible** and **high-quality environment** underpinned by **therapeutic care principles**.

We have various shifts/hours available to suit your work schedule and family commitments that range between a minimum of 3 hours to 3 - 4-day block shifts.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 6 months of paid experience in supporting children and young adults in the OOHC program
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months
- Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
- WA Working with Children’s Check, or willing to obtain one
- Current First Aid certificate, obtained within 3 years
- Fully covid vaccinated - In compliance with WA Government mandatory requirements
- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Training an advantage
