This exciting new opportunity as our Sales Quality Coach is primarily responsible to coach and mentor our Homes Loan Lending Specialists and Consultants to achieve high performance.

Additional duties and responsibilities within this fast-paced role includes:

- Develop and maintain educational material including presentations, product training, best practice procedure, playbooks, sales call guides, and case studies as needed to support onboarding and upskilling across the sales team.
- Design training courses, both live and self-led, which include validation methods via role-playing activities and job simulation.
- Coach employees on sales capability and sales best practice.
- Support and streamline new sales hire onboarding program.
- Improve Sales Training processes: discover gaps and implementation of processes.
- Collaborate with managers to assess business needs and evaluate employees’ post-training performance.
- Gather feedback on all training programs from coaches, managers, and employees.
- Deliver successful training strategies to foster team engagement and set them up for success.

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably in banking & financial services
- Strong and effective coaching skills, with the capability of developing a team of skilled professionals
- An ability to quickly instill trust and deliver exceptional customer experience across the sales team
- Action oriented - a strong decision maker that is resourceful in managing competing priorities
- Experience in facilitation, designing educational sales materials & programs and building capability across a sales team
