As a Warehouse Picker and Packer with Urbaroom, you are an integral part of our international team.

In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, which involves:
collecting products and getting them ready for dispatch

checking incoming goods against invoices and inspecting them to ensure they are free of damage

unloading delivery trucks and unpacking the contents of packages

using warehousing machinery, such as forklifts, to lift, place and remove items on high shelves or racks

sorting items and placing them in the correct location on shelves or in bins

arranging outgoing shipments

coordinating the transportation of goods

communicating with customer service representatives in order to address any delivery concerns and feedback

complying with safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment

maintaining a clean and tidy work area

You will also test and assess furniture samples according to the check-list and provide your comments in video and audio reports.

Experience in a warehouse environment, background in logistics

Proven ability to record data, clearly, accurately and promptly, both manually and electronically

Proven ability to work unsupervised with great deal of initiative

Sound computer skills

Demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities and staff.
