**Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gaming Attendant. As a vital member of our gaming room staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and attending to the needs of our members and guests. This role requires someone with previous experience in a gaming environment, who can confidently operate gaming machines, handle machine errors, and provide drink service in a fast-paced setting.
- Provide excellent customer service to all gaming room patrons.
- Monitor gaming machines and assist with machine errors and payouts.
- Serve drinks to patrons in accordance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gaming room.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and club policies.
- Assist with cash handling and processing of gaming transactions.
- Remain alert and responsive during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What we need from you?
- Previous experience in a gaming attendant or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of gaming machines and their operation.
- Current RSA/RCG competency card
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts as required. The club trades until 4am, 7 days per week.
