As their Leasing Consultant, you'll not only enjoy financial stability and job security but also find your passion for excellence ignited with every property you open to potential tenants and each lease you secure. You'll be joining a dynamic, ambitious team that works tirelessly for their clients. Their hard work is reflected in the rewarding commissions earned on leases and new business.

**Who We Seek**:

- Driven individuals ideally with at least 12 months leasing experience
- Holders of a current Certificate of Registration.
- Customer service leader with a knack for fostering relationships.
- Go-getters with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Collaborative spirits who flourish in a supportive team environment.

**The role**:

- Showing current listings for lease
- Work alongside another Leasing Consultant (700 in rent roll)
- Manage the reference checking process
- Landlord communication to secure tenants
- In going condition reports
- New business prospecting
- Use of Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Manager
