What does the job look like?

As the Credit RCTI Analyst, you will play an important part in managing credit risk, revenue assurance and timely allocation of payments and query resolution to ensure timely collection of invoices, contributing to a strong cashflow. Key areas:

- Reviewing of revenue accruals, collection of invoices and comprehensive reporting to Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Analysing and completing complex RCTI (Recipient Created Tax Invoice) reconciliations on a weekly basis.
- Manage Linfox External Stakeholders who deal with Linfox in either a RCTI capacity or FWD bill capacity, from a Collections and Revenue Accrual perspective.
- Chair weekly Accrued Revenue and Collection meetings with Business Unit Commercial Teams.
- Optimising Linfox’s Cashflow.
- Review, chase and monitor Revenue Accruals, ensuring balances are cleared and invoiced within a 7-day period for Transport and 30-day period for Warehousing activities.
- Reviewing current RCTI initiatives and re-building solutions in SAP and TMS'.

Are you the one?

You are a finance professional with sound analytical skills and a high attention to detail. You can demonstrate:

- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or Revenue Accounting process within the supply chain/ logistics industry.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Excel experience is essential and SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Accounting or Finance Degree.
