**The Company**
We are an established WA owned and run Company operating 17 Cafes, a Central Bake house, and Administration. We are renowned for welcoming service, great coffee, and our handmade cakes, pastries, and sandwiches.

**The Role**
We are seeking hands-on, energetic Kitchen Assistants to join our fast-paced kitchens. You will have hospitality/ catering experience in a similar role and a passion for producing gorgeous, high-quality products.

As a Kitchen hand, reporting directly to the Café Manager and Kitchen Supervisor, your duties may include:

- Creating Miss Maud gourmet sandwiches, baguettes, and wraps
- Preparing the kitchen for the lunchtime rush
- Producing a large range of Miss Maud catering platters
- Cleaning and sanitising the kitchen to ensure all food safety standards are met

**Skills and Experience**
- Good communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Able to work both in a team and as an individual
- Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in cafe, kitchen, food service or catering roles highly desirable
