**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers in a busy team. You’ll look after the day to day of the showroom and warehouse by:

- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing their enquiries to the appropriate department
- Greeting high-end clients like architects, interior designers, and home renovators that visit the showroom and ensuring they are looked after by the appropriate sales consultant
- Ordering showroom and warehouse stationery supplies, reconciling sales and credit card receipts and completing bank deposits
