**The Role**
- End to end portfolio based Property Management for a small portfolio
- Leasing and conduct open for inspection
- Liaise with rental providers and renters
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears
- VCAT attendance as required

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A passion for Property Management

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Agent Representative (required)
- Driver Licence and reliable car (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

- Monthly bonus
- Quarterly bonus
