Come and join our team We are seeking a** Disability Support Worker** located in **Caboolture** to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

- Provide support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Provide support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assist with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
- We’re looking for people focused individuals who will be able to brighten our client’s days and make a positive impact on their lives_
