We are looking for a **Supervisor Travel **to lead the People & Logistics - Travel team located at Central Park, Perth CBD. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational individual to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Reporting to the Superintendent Travel, and working in a challenging and exciting environment you will be:

- Demonstrating a personal commitment and passion for safety, inclusion, and respect
- Leading a dynamic and diverse travel team, that facilitates people movement for our Iron Ore workforce
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strong customer service
- Leading, coaching, mentoring and guiding your team through regular change, where timely decision making is required
- Demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement, through managing relationships with our key partners
- Collaborating with and supporting our offshore teams
