**Job Title**:Local MC Driver

**Company**: Centurion Transport

**Location**: Wacol

**Duties**
- Safely operate multi-combination (MC) vehicles.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Adhere to all road safety and company regulations, including compliance with weight limits and traffic laws.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as required.
- Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs promptly.

**Skills and Experience**
- Current MC Drivers licence
- Ability to drive a Road Ranger gearbox
- MISC
- DG licence + SSAN
- Previous General freight / Container experience
- Safe driving record and commitment to creating a safe work environment
- A sound knowledge of road transport legislation and operation
- Fatigue Management compliance
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions
- Side tipper experience (highly regarded)
- Explosives Security Card & Explosives Drivers Licence - Class 1 & 5.1 (highly desirable)
