We currently have an exciting role for you as Executive Assistant to the CEO This role is a Band 7 with a salary range of $98,981 - $110,122 plus superannuation.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is an important role that provides valuable support to the Executive Leadership Team and more broadly the organisation.
- In fulfilling these responsibilities the position will manage communications between the CEO and key stakeholders as well as:
- Coordinate the weekly executive meeting agenda and completion and distribution of minutes
- Manage the CEO’s diary and ensure their availability to attend to and/or is informed of all Council business as it arises requiring their attention
- Prepare high quality correspondence, reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as required by the CEO
- Provide high quality customer service and liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, and where appropriate, the Mayor and Councillors

To be considered you will have:
- Ability to work in accordance with our values and behaviours
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer services and professional executive support services to senior executives
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with a positive diplomatic approach, political savvy and the ability to establish productive working relationships with a variety of people
- Capacity to manage workflow priorities, work in a team and meet deadlines in an effective manner with well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Highly developed relationship management skills, with a positive diplomatic approach and flexibility of style, and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of people.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience with the full MS Office Suite
