**_ Areas of Responsibility:_**

**_Production Control_**
- _Ensure all processes are safe and work to achieve zero LTI_
- _Achieve targets for quality, environment, scheduled production and productivity in area of responsibility._
- _Produce production data for collation into reports and maintain visual displays._
- _Maintain area or responsibility in accordance with Lean principles._
- _Provide feedback where existing equipment is inadequate to meet production objectives._

**People Practices**
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure all procedures are followed to meet quality and environmental Standards.
- Ensure all production personnel are trained appropriately and identify where there are shortcomings in trained personnel.
- Train production personnel in correct procedures, multi-skilling and job rotation, ensuring records are kept for all training.
- Support the management of the team in the areas of performance, development, induction and motivation.

**Management Systems**
- Ensure that processes and procedures are effectively documented and implemented and actively support other Team Leaders and Production Employees in carrying out their responsibilities.
- Actively participate in and contribute to the new product introduction process from a production perspective in your area of responsibility.
- Report on issues related to your area of responsibility, including safety, quality, security, maintenance and production KPI’s.

**Corporate Citizenship**
- Manage Energy Better: Consciously drive for continuous improvement in reusing, recycling or reducing waste.
- Maintain awareness of identified and potential health and safety, quality and environmental aspects within the workplace and their impact, including the reporting of any accidents/incidents/near misses or hazards.
- Act responsibly to meet the objectives/requirements at the appropriate level as described in the Health, Safety and Integrated Management Systems.

**Key Metrics**
- Achieving production target - quality and on time
- Achieving targeted production efficiency
- Housekeeping in accordance to Lean Principles & 6S
- Safety - lost time injuries and accidents
