**Role Summary**: As a Registration Officer, you will support the Senior Registration Officer by ensuring efficient registration and renewal processes, maintaining records, and providing excellent administrative services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling documentation and information securely.
- Assisting with financial management processes.
- Supporting the development of effective registration practices.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including teachers and external agencies.

**Essential Minimum Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Experience in managing databases in a business environment.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and legislative requirements.

**Desirable Characteristics**:

- Experience in a regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of South Australian Government functions and processes.

**Special Conditions**:

- Out-of-hours work may be required.
- Successful applicants must complete a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Nationally Criminal History Check before employment.
