**About the company**
Our client is an Australian business specializing in semi-trailer sales, service and repairs. Due to a period of strong growth, our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join their team in Derrimut.

**About the role**
Experienced Workshop Supervisor needed PM shift, excellent pay & work environment. Truck/trailer background. Will look after about 5-6 guys. A great mix of management and technical work. PM shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Attractive salary on offer

**Duties**
- Manage the workshop
- Tools work and admin work
- Manage the job card procedure, and make sure job cards have the correct description of repairs
- Supervise about 5 - 6 Techs
- PM shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday roster
- Getting your hands dirty technically as required
- Manage the repair strategy and the coordination of parts support

**Skills and experience**
- Focus on safety and professional workshop management
- Mechanic or Body Building background
- Previous experience as workshop supervisor
- Experience in a range of trucks & trailers
- Truck licence + RMS ticket desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Good people management skills
