Requirements:
Vivi Salon is in need of skilled Bookkeepers who are proficient in using Xero online. Main role is to oversee the accounting unit of the salon. Tasks include bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our Accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Ultimately, the Bookkeepers responsibilities are to accurately record all day
- To
- Day financial transactions of our company.
Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting or related field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Accounting Specialist;
Xero / Digital experience is a must;
Written and verbal communication skills;
Tech
- Avvy and acquainted with office management procedure;
Competent working devices and stable internet connection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead projects related to the Salon;
- Maintain and update book accounts ;
- Bookkeeping using:

- Xero (Accounting software);
- Asset Tiger (Asset management);
- Triplog (Vehicle expense management);
- Payroller (Staff payroll management)
- Hr. My (Contractors management)
