Health & Safety Coordinator

Our client is a WA owned, national precast supplier to the building and construction industry. They specialise in the manufacturing of concrete products and are currently seeking a
**Health and Safety Coordinator** to join their team, located in Naval Base.

**The Role**:
This position will see you working between the production floor and office environment to implement
**Safe work practice**
**s**, update and create
**safety and induction documentation**
**, **as well as
**conduct practical safety assessments**
**.** You will be working with the manufacturing team on a daily basis, amongst crane operators, riggers, production workers, form workers, and steel fixers, making sure staff are abiding by safe work practices. You would be joining our client’s team on a long-term, permanent basis.

**About You...**
- 3-5 years of previous experience in Occupational health and safety positions
- Cert IV in OHS (or relevant certifications)
- Experience working in construction, including formwork or crane operation.
- Training and assessing course completion (desirable but not required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screen

**Further Details**:
**Salary**:

- $85-$90k based on experience

**Hours of Work - **Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm (potential to review with client for equivalent hours)

This is a permanent position.
