Our client is a leading Personal Injury Law Firm having over 65 years of combined experience in personal injury law and compensation claims. Based in Mt Lawley with another office down South, this established company has a close-knit team making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment.

**About the opportunity**

You don't need to have previous legal industry experience but you should have good touch typing skills, be a confident Outlook user and be able to demonstrate that you are committed and motivated to work in a professional environment. Our client is looking for a down-to-earth individual who is well organised with excellent attention to detail.

You will support the team by providing internal services to the day-to-day running of the mail handling processes, reception and administrative duties. This will include (but not limited to);
- Meeting and greeting clients in the reception area
- Taking messages, information and details of callers and directing information to relevant stakeholders
- Printing and saving incoming correspondence
- Copying, scanning and filing of paper and digital files
- Booking legal conferences and medical reviews
- Identifying legal matters and recognising legal documents
- Actively assisting the team to ensure efficient work practices are maintained including requests to Medicare and Centrelink
- Monitor and update database(s) to reflect processes
- Mail and package deliveries to the Post Office
- Diary management and filing
- Opening files and assisting with archiving and closing file processes
- Adhoc duties - groceries, stationary shopping, ordering of corporate wear (driver's license required)

**About you**

You are an organised individual, intrinsically motivated and passionate about what you do. You enjoy working in a team environment and have great interpersonal skills and initiative. In this role, you will support reception while being taught how to assist with the administration of claims and company practice. The team around you works hard and is focused on providing great internal services whilst delivering excellent services efficiently to clients.
