**Job Description**:
The Atomic 212 SEO team is customer-centric and results-driven with a focus on transparency and accountability. Our industry-leading SEO capabilities, leadership and technical resources allow us to develop the strategic vision required to support the aggressive growth targets our clients demand.

As an SEO Executive, you'll play an indispensable support role to the Manager to ensure client results and expectations are achieved. The Executive is responsible for making sure assigned tasks are executed promptly, efficiently and effectively to help the team meet client objectives. Working with market-leading brands across multiple verticals, you will also gain invaluable industry experience that will help you develop your SEO knowledge and advance your digital career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help drive all SEO activity to improve key metrics and deliver a significant return on investment
- Client collaboration - SEO planning, management and communications transparency
- Team collaboration to ensure SEO recommendations compliment multi-channel planning strategies.
- SEO Performance reporting with insights and optimisation recommendations
- Be at the forefront of current and emerging SEO trends.
- Perform backlink analysis and link removal exercises (create link disavow files)
- Collaborating on content marketing strategies - Content planning sessions
- Consulting with team/managers to translate client objectives into strategic SEO plans
- Undertake competitor and industry analysis to understand market challenges
- Assist in the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives (blog, social, Outbrain)
- Deliver exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teams.
- Be able to meet deadlines, be pro-active and think outside the box.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of a degree in Comms/Marketing/Advertising is highly desirable
- 12-18 months experience in a media agency or digital agency
- Efficient in MS Excel & Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Project management skills as time keeping and prioritisation are key
- Shows initiative and seeks out new projects and tasks whenever possible
- An understanding of the inner workings of websites, analytics, paid search and SEO
- Experience writing content for SEO
- Experience with on-page SEO such as optimising metadata
- Ideally experience completing website technical audits
- Ideally experience working with popular SEO tools: SEM Rush, Ahrefs, Search Console, Keyword Planner
- Ideally experience with technical SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, Link Research Tools
- Ideally experience working with a CMS and administering/building content in CMS environments
- Favoured: Knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS and website administration.
