Rosewood Care Group is currently looking for permanent part-time Carers to join our team at our Leederville facility.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for providing person centred care whilst assisting our residents in their daily living tasks. A caring nature and a passion for working with the elderly is vital for this position. Dementia care experience is desirable, but not essential.

**Selection Criteria**
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Care
- Full work rights in Australia
- Police Check (National Police Certificate)
