**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Wellbeing Officer to deliver care and services to the Religious Orders in the Bathurst/Orange region, working closely with the Congregational Care Leader, the position will be responsible for conducting holistic assessments, developing, implementing and monitoring care plans and ensuring the timely delivery of services at all times.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- If you are passionate about helping people in the community, have great relationship building and time management skills, have previous case management experience, have a Nursing Qualification (RN or EEN desirable) and a current drivers licence then we want to hear from you
