**EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - CASUAL TUTORS**

The School of Psychological Sciences is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants to support the delivery of learning and teaching in the Bachelor of Psychological Science and Diploma of Counselling commencing in 2023.

Applicants would need to be willing to provide casual teaching assistance into units of the courses, assisting with practicals and/or providing marking support in Burnie, Launceston, Hobart and/or online.

Minimum requirements:

- Completion of an undergraduate degree in psychology
- Must be fully vaccinated (Covid) as this may require face-to-face teaching
- Familiarity with academic writing and referencing, and ability to comment on the quality of academic writing of students and provide feedback for improvement where necessary
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in accordance with university guidelines and policies; and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.

Highly desirable:

- Prior engagement in teaching and assessing.
- Previous experience with the MyLO learning platform (either as student or tutor)
