An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Body Shop Manager to manage and support the Fleet Services Presentation Team. Primarily accountable for the safe and effective management of the Fleet Presentation, this role is responsible for ensuring safety, operational and financial KPI’s are achieved, and that Fleet Presentation continues to provide a high quality fleet service to the business.
A key focus area is to support the team of Fleet Presentation Team Leaders in managing day to day Fleet presentation activities and developing the capability of all our Fleet Bodyshop team members to achieve their potential and contribute to the success of the Fleet Presentation.
Essential skills and experience
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Proven leadership ability and previous experience managing a large body repair workshop
- Focus on achieving high quality outcomes with a commitment to meeting legislative and compliance requirements
- Experienced in forward planning and organising work priorities to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer focus
- Previous exposure to computerised maintenance systems (Jacob an advantage)
- Administrative skills including rostering, preparing payroll and report writing with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Trade qualification (Panel beating Body builder or equivalent) and heavy vehicle license
The Workshop operates across a 7 day week, 24 hour roster. The Body Shop Manager is required to work between the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.38 per year

- Panel Beating: 5 years (required)
