**As Site Manager, your role will involve**:
- Co-ordinate all trades and subcontractors
- Manage a site's day-to-day operations with respect to subcontractor, labour, materials and plant
- Liaise directly with all sub-contractors and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Ensure project completion within timescale and budget
- Develop and build strong rapport with site teams
- Liaise with client to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Ensure that HS&E legislation is met
- Manage all time and quality aspects on the project
- Mentor and develop junior staff on the projects.
- **Construction University or trade qualifications**:
- **5+ Years Site Management Experience.**:
- **Experience as a Site Manager on a Commercial Projects**:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
