We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants that are energetic and passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience in the LARGEST LEGO® store in the world

**_ Your Role:_**

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing and creating a fun, unique customer experience with every brick enthusiast in store. You will be self-motivated and driven by the success in a retail environment. You will also understand and be inspired by the importance of engagement and the role that PLAY has within a child’s development.

**_ Your Purpose:_**
- Provide excellent customer service and offer support with product selection, special offers and product enquiries.
- Provide operational support to the store management team by assisting with store opening and closing routines.
- Work closely with the store management team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
- Support efficient inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.
- Keep up to date with the latest product range and share your passion for LEGO® with the team & customers

**_ To be successful for this role:_**
- 1 year retail sales experience with a customer centric approach
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
- Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment
- Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Extensive availability to work especially during peak period trade
- Full Australian working rights
