Our client is an industry leading agribusiness with sophisticated horticulture operations located in Pearcedale and surrounds. They are currently looking to fill 50 positions across their processing site.

Not afraid of getting your hands dirty, you will be required to work in a produce handling environment. You will be a team player who is physically fit and more than able to handle heavy lifting.

You will be paying under Agri Labour Australia Horticulture Agreement 2016 - Level 1, with an hourly rate of $22.40 per hour.

**Key duties include**:

- Process produce as directed by the Leading Hand in a manner that will ensure the high quality of the product is maintained.
- Unload, count and document stock received from farming sites, as directed by the Packing Shed Supervisor.
- Ensure that produce is packed in a manner that meets hygiene, quality and Health & Safety standards
- Completing relevant paperwork correctly
- Following hygiene and safe work procedures
- Other general labouring and cleaning tasks as directed

**Key Skills & Experience**

To be considered for the roles, it’s important you are committed to maintaining animal welfare standards and meet the following criteria:

- Comfortable working in a produce handling environment
- Good communication skills and able to follow instructions
- No asthma or dust allergies
- Live locally or be happy to relocate to Pearcedale
- Physically fit and comfortable in carrying out labour intensive duties
- Able to follow directions and work unsupervised whilst showing high levels of initiative
- A team player and happy working with a multicultural team
