**Our Opportunity**

We have a new opportunity for a Leasing Manger to join our team at Wentworth Quarter on a full-time permanent basis. Provide strategic Real Estate expertise to maximise leasing opportunities for our latest upcoming BTR asset in NSW.

**The Property**

Introducing a brand-new waterfront community, set to open in June 2024, located in the vibrant heart of Wentworth Point. This exceptional property offers luxurious amenities and high-quality living spaces, just steps away from the Wentworth Point promenade. The BTR complex consists of an impressive selection of 211 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Amenity areas include landscaped podium, pool, state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, private dining room, resident lounge, BBQ terrace and more.

**About You**

You are passionate about leasing and delivering an exemplary level of service at every point of the leasing journey for current and prospective residents. With prior leasing experience in residential property management, you’ll need to be proactive and adopt a mix of short
- and long-term strategies to retain and nurture existing residents and bring in new business. It’s important that you’re a strong communicator and a natural at managing relationships. You will have strong commercial acumen and demonstrated understanding of state legislation and leasing process.

The property industry is fast paced and competitive, so you will need a positive, flexible and committed approach. You will have a natural ability to think on your feet, and to resolve problems as they arise.

This is a permanent full time position (38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday).

**Your responsibilities**

Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Drive leasing to ensure occupancy is kept in line with budget, ensuring vacancy is minimised.
- Work in partnership with property owner to implement strategic leasing initiatives to ensure rental income is optimised.
- Achieve a minimum level of conversion on renewals
- Drive discussions on optimising rents and the use of incentives with both new & renewal leases.
- Work with the General Manager to discuss maximising resident amenity and ancillary revenue partnerships which will in turn assist to sell and push premium rents.
- Sell the benefits of build to rent, including the premium services offered in the building and the provision of a secure and desirable alternative to home ownership for long-term renters.
- Maintain the database, including data entry through the CRM tools and PMS.
- Issue the appropriate documentation to tenants where required in accordance with state legislation.
- Deliver feedback and advice to the General Manager after inspections, making recommendations where necessary to improve rental tenancy conversions.

Our mandatory requirements include:

- Hold a current full NSW Real Estate License or Assistant Agent - Certificate of Registration (NSW)
- 3-5 years experience residential leasing.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities and a focus on client and customer service ethos
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
