Organisational Change Manager

**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are currently partnering with a large Queensland State Government department that moves and connects people, places, goods and services safely, efficiently and effectively across Queensland.

They plan, manage, and deliver Queensland's integrated transport environment to achieve sustainable transport solutions for road, rail, air and sea.

We are seeking an **Organisational Change Manager** for a **contract** till **February 2024** with potential to extend. This role will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

**About the Role**
In this role, you will lead and manage the change management activities related to the ICT enabled projects, utilising the ICT OCM Framework.

You will be creating and implementing organisational change management and communications strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organisational, people and processes.
- Create change management strategy providing strategic and tactical advice
- Lead a small team of resources for the organisational change management training and communication activities required to support the implementation phase of the project if applicable
- Have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Complete the initial complexity assessment to scope out the level of change required.

**About You**

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Organisational Change Manager working across public and private sectors or large complex environments.
- Experience with Agile and Prince 2 Methodologies.
- Established and/or contributed to the business readiness and release plan.
- Defined and measured success metrics, monitor change progresses and developed strategies for any areas of resistance.
- Plan and coordinate the close out activities of the project in consultation with the project manager.
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal formats - proven ability to comfortably communicate technical and business concepts to a range of audiences.

**The Benefits**
This opportunity offers you a contract opportunity till **February 2024** with potential to extend at a daily rate o **f $950 - $1100 per day**+ Superannuation.

The client offers flexible working conditions split between work from home and their Carseldine or Mary Street based office.
