**About the role**:
Anglicare have a great opportunity for a permanent part time, 2 days per week position available for a Case Manager to join our Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) based in Nowra with some travel to Ulladulla, evening work will be required. In this role you will be providing support, advocacy and referrals to clients in Family Domestic Violence circumstances. You will be working one on one, or in a group context, with men who choose to use Domestic Violence to give them an opportunity to explore and challenge beliefs that lead to unhelpful behaviour. You will use your risk and assessment skills to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of Women and Children is prioritised. To be successful in this role you will have an excellent understanding of the dynamics of Family and Domestic Violence and extensive experience working with Men who choose to use Domestic Violence.

**Key Responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- Deliver client facing interventions that include; intake, case management, one on one counselling/support, group work (co-facilitation)
- Ensure services provided are evidence based and meet client needs by ongoing review and evaluation
- Ensure support is provided to women and children by preparing them for their current or former partner/parents’ participation in a behaviour change program.
- Ensure documentation and data collection meets organisational, legislative, and funding requirements by completing and maintaining appropriate client documentation and statistical information.
- Ensure the program is well known in the local community, including parishes, by conducting promotional activities and attending community forums and network meetings. This includes potential clients, referral agencies, government etc.

**About you**:

- Diploma in Community Services / welfare (minimum) or equivalent
- Previous demonstrated experience working and knowledge of Family & Domestic Violence and Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the facilitation of groups is highly desirable
- NSW Drivers licence
- Covid 2 dose vaccination required, unless assessed exempt
