**About the opportunity**:
Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or recently qualified and looking to grow your skills and experience - we can support you.

We are now looking to build our team of casual Educators for our long daycare services in Reservoir and/or Collingwood. Help us to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children.

**What’s on offer**:
In addition to receiving an hourly rate + 25% casual loading, you can** increase your take-home pay** by accessing salary packaging benefits for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.

You can access a **10% discount** on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre and we also offer a **25% discount** off donated goods at Uniting Op shops.

**About you**:
We are looking for motivated self-starters who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment.

You will hold an early childhood qualification and be available for shifts between Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
